In life we are all leaders in a way or the other…
The CEO is leader of the employees…The employee is leader in
his family…The wife is Leader in the kitchen…Parents are leaders of their children…The
teacher is the leader of the class
Therefore everyone performs a certain level of leadership tasks
in their daily activities…
It’s easy to be called a leader but to become a good leader
is another story.
Good leaders must lead by example. By walking your talk, you
become a person others want to follow.
When leaders say one thing, but do another, they erode
trust--a critical element of productive leadership…
Let us all walk our talk and lead by example for a better
