Louis van Gaal has brought Marcos Rojo in to replace the injured Luke Shaw after he was ruled out for around six months with a double leg break.

Michael Carrick starts in midfield alongside Morgan Schneiderlin – who starts against his former club – with Bastian Schweinsteiger on the bench along with Ander Herrera.

Wayne Rooney returns to the starting eleven after missing the last two games while Anthony Martial keeps his place in attack.
