Louis van Gaal has told his Manchester United team that the return of Wayne Rooney has to spur them on to become more prolific in scoring goals.
Rooney has missed United's last two matches with a hamstring problem, but is able to start at Southampton on Sunday.
United have lost two of their three most recent games -- to Swansea and PSV Eindhoven -- despite being the dominant side in Van Gaal's opinion.
