Today we are sharing again the inspiration from an entrepreneur who turned 700 USD into 40Million USD…CEO and founder of MindValley….

 Vishen Lakhiani  a Malaysian-born entrepreneur, education technology innovator, speaker, and investor….I was amazed because I share and believe in his ideology…

Lakhiani has shared the stage with the likes of Sir Richard Branson, the 14th Dalai Lama, Tony Hsieh and Stephen Covey. His signature topics focus on entrepreneurial mindset and corporate culture.

 Every word of his speech is priceless but I will focus on one important part based on happiness and gratitude…It’s a cycle…..or I prefer to call it we reap much much more than we sow….

The employer is happy with his staffs and show his gratitude to the staffs by rewarding them correctly...The employees are happy with their employer and show their gratitude by going extra miles and providing  better service to clients and partners…the clients and partners are also very happy with the treatment they are receiving and as a gratitude they give the company even more business……

Conclusion….Happiness is the new Productivity!!! The happier the people in the chain the better is productivity…..

 Life is a bit like a barter system…If you give an egg…you might get a good omelet…but you will never get someone to give you a cattle for an egg……unless it’s not a cattle but a cat J
