My dearest friends
Yesterday we witnessed one of the greatest upsets in
Football history.
The Icelandic froze the English in the furnace of the
Allianz Riviera stadium in Nice...
On one side we had big names like Rooney, Sturridge, Sterling,Kane and others. Full of talents and Pound Sterling’s.
While on the other side, Iceland...A country with more
volcanoes than professional footballers as referred by Gary Lineker.
And they still tamed the Three lions
The lesson we learn from the defeat of England to Iceland is
that your certificates, skills and experience bring us to the position and job
we are now.
The output will either be basic or
optimistically...Expected.
However to achieve the UNBELIEVABLE or the WOW effect.
Our qualities needs to be fueled by determination, motivation,
passion and a never giving up attitude.
And this does not come out of the blues.
This is where the role of a manager or leader comes into
picture.
The manager or Leader motivates his staffs with his
inspirational words...exemplary actions and deserved rewards that in turn
transforms you from a normal staff to a dedicated team.
