Dearest friends

Bill Gates is poorer…Indeed he is poorer…He is poorer by $4.2 billion than a year ago, but he remains the richest person in the world following Forbes' 30th Annual World's Billionaires list.

The technology guru has been No. 1  for 3 years in a row and topped the list for 17 of the last 22 years, with a current net worth of $75 billion, down from $79.2 billion in 2015.

Spanish clothing retailer Amancio Ortega (No. 2) (best known for the Zara fashion chain), up two spots, increased his net worth $2.5 billion for a total of $67 billion.

The world actually has 1810 Billionaires with an aggregate Net Worth of $6.48 Trillion.

This year China got 70 new Billionaires whereas Germany produced 28 and India created 8 new Billionaires.

As per Forbes wealth is stretching to new corners of the world, with one new country, Qatar, represented in the list.

Abolitionist icon Harriet Tubman to be featured on US$20 bill

My dearest and adorable friends

Harriet Tubman, an African-American abolitionist, will stand with George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and Benjamin Franklin as among the iconic faces of US currency.

The $20 bill will be redesigned with Tubman's portrait on the front, marking two historic milestones.

She will be the first African-American on US paper money and the first woman depicted in 100 years.

Tubman, who was born into slavery in the early part of the 19th century, escaped and then used the network of anti-slavery activists and safe houses known as the Underground Railroad to transport other slaves to freedom.

After the Civil War, Tubman, who died in 1913, became active in the campaign for women's suffrage.

Various groups have been campaigning to get a woman honoured on the nation's paper currency, which has been an all-male domain for more than a century.

I seize this unique moment to salute all women in the a also special thought to the new mother of an adorable blessed little girl.

The CEO!!!!

My dearest and adorable friends

CEO on this special day of 23rd October 2015 means a lot to us and together we will explore the word CEO….

A chief executive officer (CEO in American English) or managing director (MD in British English) describes the position of the most senior corporate officer, executive, or administrator in charge of managing a non-profit or for-profit organization.

The CEO of a corporation or company typically reports to the board of directors.

Titles also often given to the holder of the CEO position include president and chief executive (CE).

Earlier in the century, top executives were more likely to have technical degrees in science and engineering or law.

However according to a study by Carola Frydman of MIT, from 1936 to the early 2000s there has been a rapid increase in the share of CEOs holding an MBA; from approximately 10% of CEOs in 1960 to more than 50% by the end of the century.

As of 2014, there were also 24 female CEOs in Fortune 500 companies, which is a record 4.8%.

And the world most powerful CEO is……………………Bill Gates

Wish you all a great Friday…
