The BOSS day

Dearest friends

First registered in 1958, Boss's Day will be observed on Sunday the 16^th of October 2016.

The word Boss seems a bit autocratic…I will rather call it The Leader’s day.

The purpose of designating this special day in the workplace is to show the appreciation for our Leaders.

A leader creates an inspiring vision of the future, he motivates and inspires people to engage with that vision.

This day is also a strategy to attempt to improve intra-office relationships between managers and their employees.

So if you have an inspirational leader…Why not a thank him for his good work with some nice words……

And if you are a manager and nobody came to thank you then……...hmmmmm...….il n’y a pas fumee sans feu…. so you’ve got as we say....Du pain sur la planche :)
